These terms govern your use of nigelbuyshouses.com, which is operated by C Nigel Investments, LLC, doing business as Nigel Buys Houses. By using this site you agree to them.
What we do
We are a real estate investment company. We buy houses directly, in their current condition. We are not a lender, a broker, a law firm, or a credit or debt counseling service, and nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. You should get your own professional advice before making a decision about your property.
Offers and estimates
Any figure shown on this site, including anything produced by the net payout calculator, is an estimate based on publicly accessible records and the values you enter. It is not an appraisal and it is not an offer. Any actual offer we present is subject to an in-person inspection of the property and is not binding on either party until both sides sign a written purchase agreement.
Text messaging terms
Our offer form collects SMS consent with two separate optional checkboxes. The first covers non-marketing text messages regarding your property inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, and transaction updates. The second, collected separately, covers marketing text messages about home-buying offers, service updates, and related promotions. You may check one, both, or neither. Messages are sent by C Nigel Investments, LLC, doing business as Nigel Buys Houses.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Marketing consent is never combined into the non-marketing checkbox.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send you nothing further unless you reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Your responsibilities
You agree that the information you give us is accurate, that you own the property you submit or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf, and that the phone number you provide is yours to give consent for.

Content on this site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may change or remove any part of the site at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms we will change the effective date above and post the revised version on this page.
